By participating in our clinical studies, you assist with the development of much needed vaccines, therapeutics & diagnostics in the fight against infectious diseases and receive a fair compensation!
At Vaccinopolis you can participate in 2 types of studies
Outpatient vaccine studies
In these studies, you will receive a vaccine to test its safety and/or efficacy. After receiving the vaccine you will go home and you will return for several visits afterwards.
All visits take place at Vaccinopolis and take between 1 and 4 hours depending on the number of assessments that need to be performed.
Human infection studies
Also known as human challenge studies or controlled human infection model “CHIM” studies where you are deliberately exposed to an infectious pathogen (virus, bacteria or parasite) under well controlled and safe conditions to evoke an infection. For most of these studies you are required to stay overnight for 11 to 17 days under quarantine conditions.
