Research aim
The CONFIVAX team owns research expertise and actively engages in the areas of vaccine confidence, communication, and training. The research objective is to assist and empower healthcare providers in enhancing vaccine confidence among the public through specialized training in vaccine confidence and communication working closely with the Vaccine confidence project™, of which the European hub is embedded within our group.
Additionally, the CONFIVAX team oversees two expert boards: the Viral Hepatitis Prevention Board (VHPB, since 1992), and the Adult Immunization Board (AIB, since 2022).
The VHPB aims to contribute to the control and prevention of viral hepatitis specifically, while the newly formed AIB’s goal is to contribute to the reduction of the impact of vaccine-preventable infections and diseases among European adults.
